What kind of AC supply voltage and/or socket types do the rooms have?
Cyprus as a whole use 3 pin (Uk type) plug types sometimes referred to as G type, which is the plug that has three rectangular for use in Cyprus in general.
A refrigerator, an oven with one oven tray, electric hobs and a microwave and private cupboards for each student are provided in the shared kitchen area. A small refrigerator is provided in the room. Plates, bowels, cups, glasses, kitchen utensils, cutting boards, saucepans, oven trays, cutlery, kettles, toasters, coffee machines, water dispensers, etc. are not provided for and will need to be purchased if so desired by the tenant.
The mattresses have dimensions of 110cm x 190cm. No other bed sheets, duvets, duvet covers, blankets, pillows or towels are provided unless requested for an extra fee.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building.
You will inform the management office to order and programme a new card for a fee.
Rooms are rented for single occupancy and there is no space to accommodate extra persons in the room.
No, pets are not allowed in the building.

The Student Hall provides free bike parking racks.
Yes, there is a laundry room located on the 5th floor of the building. The washer is coin-operated 24/7.
The building has secured accesswith key tag and closed circuit television (CCTV) in all public areas. Additionally we have smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and emergency exit lighting.
The Student Hall is centrally located. Therefore, plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, pharmacies, doctors and clinics, supermarkets, and more can be found close by. Tenants can also catch a city bus within a walking distance from the building.

The contract runs from 1st of August until 31st of July of the following year. The Guarantor guarantee’s ability to pay any rent and associated charges, damages and/or fines that a student may owe or incur during their tenancy.
Yes, there is a guarantee deposit to cover any possible damages. If, upon inspection, we do not observe any damages in the room, the full amount of your deposit is returned when the contract expires. In case of damages, the amount needed to fix the damage is subtracted from the returned deposit. There is also an expenses deposit which is used to cover the electricity bills or any other expenses that you may have throughout your stay.
No, there is no allocated car parking but there are plenty of parking areas around the building.
To reserve a room, you will need to provide us with the following information:
  • A copy of your I.D./passport.
  • A copy of your student card/your letter of enrollment from university/ your letter of acceptance from university.
  • A copy of a utility bill as a proof of your home address. (if available)
  • A copy of your guarantor's ID/passport.
